A WASTE LAND BEING TURNED INTO A PLAY LAND FOR THE SPORTS MINDED CHILDREN OF DESA AMAL JIREH/RUMAH FAITH.
Yesterday, two kind souls, Mr.& Mrs. KANAGARAJAH who once came to the Home to give meals for the children, took the responsibility to clear our wasteland to a playing land for our children.
After 5 years of buying this one acre piece of land, finally it’s taking shape.
Our children will not have to walk to a nearby Futsal court or frantically look for drivers to take them to a Soccer field 1km away. Soon it will be a stone’s throw away.
Thanks for the initiative of Mr. KANAGARAJAH who was introduced to the Home by our Vice Chairman, Mr. Emerson Chelliah.
You too who always support us, can have a share of the blessings of sharing.
HOW YOU CAN HELP US.
1. We need earth to raise the level of the land. Right now we are just levelling without raising. We can’t afford to pay for the earth. If you know if anyone who can give us free earth, please help.
2. Once that is done, we will need to do grass planting,
3. Then we may need to put goal posts, fencing, a mini mini grandstand with rest room facilities. If you have any joy in helping us, please come forward.
Sponsors names will be out on a notice Board. Major Sponsors will have the Sports Center named after them.
All sponsorship and donations to DESA AMAL JIREH will be tax exempted.
