Rani

,

I am Rani,  and I came to DAJ at the age of 15 after the passing away of my mother who succumbed to stroke and cancer. God has been so faithful to me since the day I knew Him and He has moved me in tremendous ways throughout my 8 years of journey in DAJ.

I was able to obtain good results in SPM which led me to get a scholarship from KUOK Foundation to further my studies in TAR College. Upon graduating with a Diploma in Accounting, I was again blessed with another opportunity to continue my studies, this time in INTI International University and enrolled to study Bachelors of Business Administration. I am thankful to Mr Oh Kim Sun for sponsoring my studies. He also played an important role by getting me a job in UEM Sunrise.

I can’t imagine a better future if not for DAJ which  has played a part in developing me.  I am grateful to God & DAJ who gave me a second chance to move on with my life despite being helpless, sad and devastated after losing my mother. I am thankful that people are generously sowing into DAJ and it is because of the passion and burden of Rev & Mrs. Terrence Sinnadurai.

DAJ not only gave me shelter and education but also a community, consisting of children and staff whom I call family. Who I am today is because of the love, dedication, support and care from my Desa Amal Jireh family and I pray that God continuously blesses them.

I believe my mother is looking down from heaven with a smile knowing that I’ve been well cared for and blessed.
